About Us The Magic Catalogue is not-for-profit and is supported by donations from The Magic Club of Great Britain members. As such Membership to the club can be purchased or renewed through the Catalogue. The Magic Catalogue obtains magic for club members but in order to keep this programm running it needs donations. The club has found the easiest and way to The easiest and fairest way to achieve this is for members using props to donate an amount equivalent to the replacement cost. The amounts found in the catalgue are therefore suggested donation amounts. Because most magic is obtained from American wholesalers we have to build in some flexibility to these suggestions to allow fro varying shipping and exchange rates. But as rule of thumb donation suggestions are equivelent to 25% off normal retail prices found else where. All profits are put back into supporting the club library, props and events so support for this catalogue is very much welcomed. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. In order to accept payment by Credit Cards the purchase needs to be completed via Paypal . That way we can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Visa Delta If Paypal is selcted an Invoice will be generated from Paypal as soon as possible but at some point during the same day. Payments can also be sent via Catalogue@MindSNAP.co.uk In the latter case the payment will only be taken when purchases are about to be posted.

Shipping And Handling Postage & Packing is FREE for individual Orders over £100. For Membership and Registration etc please select "Not Applicable".

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away if products are in stock. This will normally mean your order will be with you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Back Orders We manage to keep our prices so low by limiting stocks levels. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified by email and in such circumstance delivery should normally be expected within 28 days. To keep costs down back orders are placed at certain order levels or monthly, whichever is sooner. We will make every effort to supply the order as soon as it's possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled in writing/email received prior to the back order being placed with the supplier. We reseve the right to adjust the price of any back ordered item where this has changed from the supplier but will verify the order with the customer should this condition apply. The above does not effect the customers statutory rights.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is inclusive. All other orders are VAT free; Shipping and handling have been set to account for this and therefore avoids anyone having to remember to choose VAT exemption.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee It is very important to us that all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Therefore we give all our customer a 30 day no quibble guarantee should the product be faulty in any way. Notice of faulty goods must be reported with 48 hours of being received.
